Celebrations

Our landlord, next door neighbor, and friend, Franco has a birthday the day after Ron.  So we always try to celebrate together.  First came a gift of wine and sweets from Lotte and Alexis.

Then Franco and his wife Christiane and other neighbors came for dinner chez nous.

We snuck off to Paris for a quick trip.  For years we have told each other "I'm the lucky one."  It is not easy to meet someone with whom to share your life when you are older, so we each are grateful for this time of our lives.

Next was a special holiday luncheon with female friends - Denise, Joan and Catherine
